Package includes: Single electrically operated GGL pine finish roof window, toughened outer pane with clear and clean coating with laminated inner pane for additional safety. 1 smoke sensor, 1 break glass point, 1 wall control unit and suitable flashings or kerb. Additional smoke sensors and break glass units can be purchased separately. Electrical control system and wind deflector requires installation on-site. Single S06 roof window provides 1m square of smoke ventilation, whilst the U08 system provides 1.5m square.
